Aphros Coffee is committed to quality and we want to make sure our customers are happy. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or your item is defective, we will issue you a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging. Coffee can only be returned to us unopened.
Before returning your item, please email us at email@example.com to briefly describe the reason for your return. If your item is defective, it must be reported to us via email no more than 2 days after the item is delivered or a refund will not be issued. Please return your item, including the original purchase receipt to:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us. If returning by mail, we recommend using USPS flat rate shipping to receive a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. A refund will not be issued without valid proof of receipt and delivery.
Once we have received the defective/unsatisfactory item within the appropriate timeframe, and validated the reason for return, a refund will be issued. Aphros Coffee reserves the right to reject a refund.
Please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the customer's refund if issued. Customers will receive an email when the transaction is complete and the refund has been issued.
